Our Organizational Structure

  • New Haven Aotearoa is governed by a Board of Directors comprising 5-7 members, led by a Chair.

  • The Board is responsible for setting policies, strategic planning, and ensuring the organization’s mission is upheld.

Operational Leadership

  • Operational activities are overseen by the Chair of Executive Director (CED), who is appointed by the Board.
  • The COO leads our dedicated staff and volunteers in delivering our programs and services.
